    A short conversation to understand your space, your timeline, and whether we're the right fit for each other. No obligation.

  • 2. On Site

    We come to you. Measurements, yes, but mostly time spent understanding how the space works for you, day to day.

  • 3. First Look

    A first layout, and a real number to plan around - not a guess. If it feels right, a retainer secures your place and the design phase begins properly.

  • 4. The Detail

    We develop layouts, materials, and finishes in full before anything is built so there are no surprises once production starts.

  • 5. Taking Shape

    We coordinate a network of specialist workshops, matched to what each project needs, managing the process closely on your behalf from start to finish.

  • 6. Delivery

    Your pieces arrive complete and ready. Installation begins once this payment is settled.

  • 7. Install

    Our team installs on site, with the same attention that went into the drawings — and we don't consider it finished until you are settled in it.

  • 8. Sign Off

    A walkthrough together, anything outstanding resolved, and the final payment closes out the project.

From first conversation to final sign-off, most projects run three to four months — paced by how quickly decisions get made in the design phase,
and how ready your site is when it's time to install.
