A 20-minute intro call on Google Meet — relaxed, no commitment. We'll hear about your project, you'll get a sense of how we work, and we'll both know quickly whether it's a good fit. If it is, we book a visit to your home. After the visit, we send a rough estimate and initial layout. Happy with the direction? A 7% design fee kicks off the full design process — and it goes toward your deposit, so it's not an extra cost.

First: everything we do is designed from scratch for one home — yours. We don't have a range, a catalogue, or a standard door. The design you fall in love with is the design that gets built, because our drawings specify every detail down to the millimetre before anything is manufactured.
